Description

Our 6.3m to 6.6m mobile scaffold tower is the perfect solution for trades like Painters, Plasterers or Electricians.

Because you have a working deck of 1.3mtrs, you can also have 2 workers on it at a time with room to move past each other. This makes it faster and safer to complete the job and it will provide the height and stability you need to paint, fix or plaster a two story house.

To assemble this scaffold tower you will require a qualified and ticketed Scaffolder, and it is recommended that 2 or more people be available to ensure the safety and proper handling of each piece.

The total weight is 346.0kgs with a maximum weight per piece of 22.6kgs so transport and storage is still be easy in a small ute or van.

Tower Inclusions

	Adjustable Castor Wheels Our mobile scaffold castor wheels are made of polyurethane and 200mm thick. They have a safe working load of 225kgs and are fitted with a working locking system to prevent rolling or any movement when braking. All wheels feature 360 degree movement to provide easy transport.
	Wide Aluminium Frames (2.0m) The larger of the frames for the wide aluminium tower with an overall height of 2.0m.The top of the frames have a spigot which can be used to insert into other frames to extend.The locking pin can be applied for quick safety measures so there is no movement.
	Wide Guard Rail This guard rail system is the top frame to provide safety atop the standing structure. The frame is durable and have 2mm wall thickness on the aluminium tube.This guard rail is suited for the wide tower and has an overall height of 1m.
	Horizontal Brace (Gold) The horizontal brace is to provide stability to the structure from end to end.The brace has a spring-loaded clip which can be easily applied to the end frames and provides simple connectivity.
	Diagonal Brace (Blue) The diagonal brace is to provide more stability to the structure than the horizontal brace.The brace has a spring-loaded clip which can be easily applied to the end frames and provides simple connectivity.
	Platform with Hatch Deck The platform is manufactured with marine plywood and has an safe but simple ladder hatch, which provides safe access to passengers between levels.
	Aluminium Scaffold Ladder 4m Our Aluminium ladders feature an offset brace to secure ladders on certain angles while hooking into the scaffold frames.The ladders come in 4m sizes.
	S5 Stabilisers, 2300mm to 3000mm Stabilizer legs attach to the scaffold via couplers to help stabilize the structure and provide support. The stabilizers have the ability to alter the range required. The rubber soles on the swivel legs provide extra support and grip.
	1.3m Toe Board Timber Kickboards are made of plywood and securely fit into the scaffold to provide safety to falling objects.
