Utilised for attaching a horizontal tube to a vertical tube to create a 90 degree angle. Mostly used for tying off your Scaffold.

Used for levelling your scaffold structure, the adjustable solid base jack has a 34mm diameter x 650mm long threaded bar with Cast nut it has an adjustment capability of 500mm. Designed to fit inside a Standard / Vertical pole to support the load from a standard is 150mm square x 8.0mm thick base plate.<br /> <br /> Other Special sizes can be made to order. Minimum order quantities are required for custom made Base Jacks.

Aluminium Stairs are pre-fabricated for use with a 1.2m x 2.4m bay providing 1.5m lift. These are used for worker access.<br /> <br /> The stairs are 564mm wide with a stair rise of 230mm. <br /> <br />

Soleboards are either hardwood timber planks or LVL timber planks used under Scaffold standards to provide greater load bearing capacity. These are great to use on less stable ground such as dirt or gravel.<br />

A standard is a long hollow piece of piping that is used to connect the scaffold mass to the ground. They are the vertical structure of the scaffold and have stars spaced out along its length. Transoms and ledgers are directly attached to standards to create the scaffold structure. <br /> <br /> A standard runs the height of the scaffold and is connected to a base plate for even weight distribution.

Scaffold tube forms the structure of your completed scaffold. It has many uses. <br /> <br /> Many sizes available.<br /> <br />

An Intermediate Standard sits halfway along your bay to allow access to a separate section of access stairs. They also allow the use of swing gates.

Banana ends are used to replace damaged ends on Ledgers, Transoms or any other components.

An adjustable solid U head jack comes with a solid stem of 34mm diameter and 650mm long. It has an adjustment of 500mm. It is utilised to support and locate a Standard or Vertical Pole over a bearer. <br /> <br /> U head Jacks can be made to order but minimum quantities will apply.<br /> <br />

Handrails ensure scaffold safety for your staff and clients. These are used alongside the aluminium stairs.

Putlog Couplers is another form of securing a tube to your structure.

Standard ledgers come in a variety of lengths. They are commonly used as support handrails on high scaffold towers and also to connect 2 standards at the stars together horizontally to help with weight distribution and stability.<br />

These Standards are great to be used on concrete slabs for edge protection and for creating handrails by utilising ledgers.<br /> <br />

Transom end assemblies are used to replace non-working or un-usable ends on Transoms that are required to be replaced. Complete assembly comes with a wedge dimpled on both ends

A Base Plate is required to support the scaffold structure. Our base plate is 8.0mm thick x 150mm square, welded with a spigot of 100mm long. This will help distribute the load of your scaffold.

Stair top rails allow you easy access at the top of your stairs to safely get to the next platform whilst maintaining a hold onto a supporting structure.

Laminated timber planks (LVL) are the traditional timber planks used in tube and fitting applications. These are a load bearing and certified plank that can span a maximum of 1.8mtrs. <br /> <br /> Can also be used to cover holes on return bays.<br /> <br /> Laminated timber planks are available in various sizes. <br /> Other available size(s): 0.6m, 0.9m, 3.3m, 3.9m, 4.2m, 4.8m, 5.4m, 6.0m

These fix to an eye beam so that you can attach Tube for a hanging scaffold.

A transom is utilised to support a deck or working platform on a scaffold build. They are the direct weight-bearing structure at each level of your scaffold. They are built by welding 2 lengths of 50mm x 50mm angle iron back to back to form an inverted “T”. <br /> <br />

Brace Ends are used to make any specialised components to fit on the existing Scaffold.

For access to other areas of a scaffold. Used within ladder access bays for safe access. Available in various sizes: 2.4m, 3.3m, 3.9m

Handrail posts can be secured directly to concrete to form a secure base for horizontal hand rails. This a quick and effective solution to drop-offs on the work site where pedestrian access is necessary. Horizontal members are connected by using tube and fittings.

Half couplers are made to be fixed at one end whilst the other end is fitted with a screw adjustment for connecting a scaffold tube. They are mainly utilised for Custom projects.

Steel planks or battens are a lightweight and non-slip work surface. Made from a continuous pre-galvanised steel sheet, they are pressed to a hollow shape. They can either be purchased with plain ends or custom stamped. This will provide a flush working deck which will easily support the 675kg maximum weight allowance.<br />

A brace is paramount to ensure a true and level scaffold. As the brace fits diagonally across the bays, they will only fit into place if your scaffold is level. Fitting one of these to your first bay will ensure a level scaffold tower from the start. Made from nominal scaffold tube and flattened at each end, to accept a swivel “c” coupler they come in various sizes.<br /> <br />

Hop-ups or stage board brackets are used to give you an extra work platform. Made From Pre Galvanised steel sheet pressed to a hollow shape 150mm wide. Steel boards / Planks combine lightweight construction with the strength to support the maximum weight. Plank caps finish off the end of your planks. These are used if your plank ends are damaged. They also make sure that there are no sharp edges posing a risk to your workers.

Putlog Hook Couplers are pressed fittings used to secure LVL to boards and timber to scaffold tube.

Kwikstage scaffold lap panels are a multi-purpose platform that is used to span a small gap between scaffolding work platforms.

A toe board is used for kick protection on the scaffold platform. It sits approximately 150mm above the deck level and holds a kickboard securely in place.<br /> <br /> <br />

Toe board brackets secure to the outside of a standard to allow for the installation of toe boards.

Kick planks are a great way to stop tools and other materials being accidentally kicked off of a work platform.<br /> <br />

The spigot is used to connect two standards together, which needs either a hinge pin or special bolt.

Board retaining couplers are required to secure your timber boards in place providing a secure lock so no boards move under load.

A quick way to stack and move your product is on a stillage pallet. utilised to stack scaffold and accessories and easily moved from place to place with a forklift.<br /> <br /> These can be Custom made if required.

Made in Pressed Steel, this external End to End coupler or Joint Pin is used for joining two Scaffold tubes.

CC Couplers join 2 standards together for further strength and stability on hoardings.

Wedges are replacing the wedge in transoms and ledgers if they become damaged.

Made in Drop Forged Steel, this Internal Joint Pin or coupler is used to join two Scaffold tubes.

Utilised for creating a single half step. Mostly used on stair access.

Scaffold belts are worn by scaffolders to carry all their tools up and down the scaffold structure. They are fitted with frogs in various sizes to fit their specialist equipment.

Our double step-down bracket creates a double step. Mostly used on stair access.

V couplers are custom attachments allowing for different working levels to be created.

Wall tie brackets are used for tying the main scaffold structure to a wall. They come with one Scaffold half coupler. Two half-couplers are also available

Ladder Clamps or couplers attached to the top of you ladder and hold them in place onto a scaffold tube. This type of clamp will ensure no movement of your ladder and provide safe access.

T Bolts and Nuts are great to replace the existing non working bolts on fittings. minimum order quantity is 250Pcs

Podger Hammers are made from high quality steel. With a non-slip handle they are ideal for a Scaffolder on the go in all weather conditions.

To render access to the scaffold platform through ladders, ladder access transoms are used. The coupler links to one ledger (horizontal brace) and the "C" leans on the opposite ledger. Planks are then laid across to the transom section to create an access hole.<br />

A corner panel, or cover bracket is used as a gap filler between hop up brackets <br /> <br /> They feature a 90mm high upstand welded externally to one corner to accept a half fitting, which provides a positive fixture to the standard.<br /> <br />

Ladder brackets will allow for a permanent and secure anchor point for ladders so that working at height becomes safer and more accessible. These highly visible brackets will ensure a secure entry point to upper decks and provide roof access.

Industry-standard scaffold spanners are obtainable in stainless steel, plated steel, anodised aluminium or titanium. Each scaffold spanner is made to the highest standards and guaranteed against damaged materials or poor workmanship.<br /> <br /> They are unique in their handle style and handles also come in various lengths depending on the leverage required for the job.

Scaffold ratchets 21/24mm are manufactured from the highest quality steel and has a brilliant finish. It is durable and comes with podger bar making it easy to carry in a frog and gives you superior leverage for tight bolts.

Hoarding Couplers are used for sliding plywood between to 2 C sections to provide a safety barrier between the scaffold and any onsite risks.

Hoarding Transoms / Ledger Trusses create overhead protection for pedestrians. They are utilised to construct secure walkways in pedestrian areas. Site sheds can be stored on top of these.

The ladder access hatch door is fitted at the end of a platform where access is needed to the upper or lower levels

Swing Gates can be placed at the end of work platforms to act as access point. The adjustable swing gate allows for openings of 0.93m to 1.5m wide.

Swing gates can be placed at ends of work platforms to allow easy access, but also to secure the scaffold when not needed.

An end bay creates an extension of the swing gate.

These allow you to tie the main scaffold off to a solid structure. This is an additional form of a wall tie.

A ginny wheel is ideal for lifting small loads to work areas.

Castor wheels are secured to the bottom of a mobile scaffold for movability.

Counter weights allow you to counter balance a scaffold to offset the weight on one end. They come in various sizes and can be helpful in making sure your scaffold is safe and secure hen one side is heavier than the other.
